FPF August Special—FREE class with monthly package sign up!*
Sign up for the monthly class package—9 classes/month for $150* and get a free class to use, or give to a friend! At Fun Pole Fitness we limit classes to 10, so you never have to share a pole!
*Note: You can start your billing/class cycle any day, but you must agree to 3 months auto-debit and you must use all 9 classes within each monthly billing cycle. 9 classes/month works out to just over 2 classes/week. You may purchase additional classes at $15 each. Package may not be shared. You will get your free class when your 3rd auto-debit is taken out.
(Monthly package is under the contracts tab.)
Everyone who is already on auto-debit for the $150/9 classes per month and renews in August will get a free class too!
Doubles Workshop w/ Nadine and Lorena!
Friday, August 17 from 7-8:30pm—Doubles workshop with Nadine and Lorena! Doubles pole dancing has become increasingly popular over the years. Having a partner provides motivation, guidance, and some impressive tricks. In this 1.5 hour workshop Lorena and Nadine begin with a cardio warm up and move on to a variety of assisted (partner) stretches. Next we will work on doubles spins, static holds, and anchor/flyer moves (like the one pictured to the left). In order to participate in this workshop you can come in a partnership or group of 2 or 3, or we can help you form one. You should be comfortable climbing and inverting. Partnership requires a significant amount of trust and communication. If you are unsure of your skill level or are unable to find a partner but would like to participate, please call Marie for more information or to find an evenly matched partner. $30 per person.
SOFA Show Sunday, October 7
We are having our 3rd bi-annual SOFA show on Sunday, October 7th, at 4pm.
SOFA show is where all our Fun Pole Fitness students and teachers perform for their SOFAs (Significant Others, Friends and Awesome Admirers of Pole). Each of you are welcome to participate. Please let Marie know now if you’re interested in performing. Performance spots are limited and will go fast! (BTW, Lorena is recruiting for her Zombie/Halloween group routine, if you’re not ready for a solo!) We will give you more info about tickets for the audience as we get closer to the date. We will still be donating all proceeds to Hillcrest Youth Center.
We will have an amazing finale for you—you won’t want to miss Lisa’s last performance before she leaves for the Army!
