Keep on doing your thing girl!! Your looking good! Stay focused and keep us updated on your results! No Joke but I actually tried pole fitness too! I tried it with my wife! 🙂 It is really hard! Your hands start to hurt, your wrists, your tricep and bicep get a workout too! When I tried those holding poses….you can definitely feel the abs working hard!! Maybe you can be a instructor soon! 🙂 Good luck! Be Consistent!
